You can pay with a credit card via PayPal, direct cash transfer via PayPal and direct bank deposit. If you choose to pay by direct bank deposit, please indicate on form at checkout and we will email you our bank details. All items will be shipped once payment has cleared and is visible in our account.

How long will my order take?
If you are buying a stock item from the website, your item will be wrapped, packed and shipped within 24 hours of payment. If this is going to change, we will contact you immediately to let you know.
All of our items are posted via Australia Post using Registered Post. Items take between 1 and 4 business days to arrive in Australia.
If you are ordering a custom made piece, we will discuss timelines with you. Depending on availability of components, and detail, these can be done quite quickly or may take up to a few weeks. We will communicate progress with you.
Returns
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on earrings due to health regulations, nor will we refund if you change your mind. Please choose carefully.

In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in the post we cannot be responsible. We pack our jewellery well and expect it to arrive to you safely. Your postage automatically covers you for $100 (Registered Mail).
